hab ich mal ein paar Artikel angeguckt (nur wenige, war doch alles sehr speziell) und habe hier noch ein Betthupferl:

[i]We confirm that medullary breast carcinoma has a favorable prognosis despite its aggressive pathological features[i]
(Dendale e.a., Int. J. of Biol. Markers, 2003)
Bei Martinazzi, Pathologica 1997 steht das auch.
Also trotz G3 gute Prognose.
